What Our Clients Say

I particularly valued working with Andrei Popovici, not only for his professionalism and legal expertise, but above all for the quality of his advice.

He was able to understand the bigger picture, ask the right questions, and help us look at matters from a broader perspective, including their potential consequences and long-term implications.

What was particularly important to us was that he did not limit his approach to the strictly legal aspects of the matter. Instead, he considered the available options and possible scenarios, helping us make better-informed decisions with a long-term perspective in mind.

I would confidently recommend him to anyone looking not only for a highly skilled lawyer, but also for a trusted partner when making important decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Do you represent clients outside Bucharest?

Yes. We assist and represent clients throughout Romania, as well as clients located abroad, using remote communication and collaboration tools whenever necessary.

2. Do you provide online consultations?

Yes. Consultations may take place either in person or remotely, via video conference or telephone, depending on the client’s preferences and availability.

3. How does a consultation unfold?

A consultation begins with a discussion regarding the client’s situation, objectives and the relevant legal aspects involved. Based on this information, we assess the situation and identify how we may provide legal assistance and representation in support of the client’s objectives.

4. What documents are required for a consultation?

The documents required depend on the specific circumstances of each case. As a general rule, you should prepare any documents relevant to the legal matter presented. If any specific documents are required, you will be informed in advance. Also, should additional documentation be necessary beyond what you already have available, you will be informed during the consultation.

5. What is the price of a consultation?

Given that the purpose of the consultation is to assess the client’s situation and determine whether further legal assistance and representation may be provided, consultations are offered free of charge, with the mention that the time allocated for a consultation is 30 minutes.

6. How quickly do you respond to initial enquiries?

We aim to respond to all initial enquiries as promptly as possible, generally within 24 hours. Response times may vary depending on the complexity of the matter presented; however, we place great value on prompt and transparent communication.

7. How are fees determined?

Fees are determined based on the particular circumstances of each engagement. We place great emphasis on transparency, which is why all costs and billing arrangements will be communicated to you in writing as part of our legal services proposal, enabling you to make a fully informed decision.

8. What are the stages of the collaboration?

Every engagement is different; however, our work generally involves understanding the client’s objectives and context, reviewing documents and carrying out the necessary verifications, developing and discussing the legal strategy, implementing and adapting that strategy, and providing regular updates throughout the engagement.
